SMS Program Terms

These terms govern the Counsel Vision SMS reminder program. Counsel Vision ("Counsel Vision," "we," "us," or "our") is a product of KTSS LLC, a Michigan limited liability company that provides a software-as-a-service legal practice operating system for law firms. Through this program, a law firm that subscribes to Counsel Vision sends text (SMS) reminders to its own clients who have consented to receive them. The subscribing firm is the originator of these messages; Counsel Vision operates the underlying messaging platform on the firm's behalf.

This program sends transactional messages only — case and deadline reminders to a firm's existing, consenting clients. No marketing, promotional, affiliate, or lead-generation messages are sent through this program.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on the activity and upcoming deadlines in your legal matter. There is no fixed number of messages.

3. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Counsel Vision does not charge you for these messages; standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier apply based on your plan.

Messages are sent only to clients who have expressly opted in through their law firm. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving any legal service. For the full opt-in disclosure, see the SMS Consent page.

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact your law firm or support@counselvision.com.

6. Opting Out

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately and permanently. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages unless you re-subscribe. To resubscribe, reply JOIN or contact your law firm. Opt-outs are honored across the entire Counsel Vision messaging platform.

7. Privacy and Data Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Message content and delivery are processed by our messaging service provider, AWS End User Messaging, solely to deliver the messages you have consented to receive.
